Joey Farmery


For more than 15 years, Joey has managed complicated logistics for large-scale public events across the country and the world. Her vast experience encompasses just about every aspect of planning and executing athletic fundraising events, including route development, agency and jurisdictional relationship-building, site layout, volunteer management, manifest development, vendor negotiation and management, staff training and crisis management (to name a few).

At Eventage, Joey oversees logistical operations for events such as the Closer to Free Ride at Yale-New Haven, the Go the Distance for Autism Ride and the Run and Ride to Remember in Washington, DC along with numerous walks and runs. She is a graduate of George Mason University and lives in Alexandria, Virginia with her husband Scott and their two golden retrievers.

Hidden Talent: Can handle four phones, three radios, and two GPS units all while shutting down an entire city’s worth of streets.
