Covenant House’s Sleep Out program is one of the most ingenious and successful fundraising events in the business, where fundraisers sleep outside at Covenant House shelters nationwide. Covenant House International turned to Eventage to expand the program into a more DIY model and Sleep Out American was born. In its first year, we had people sleeping out in all 50 states, many of whom had never heard of Covenant House or met a homeless youth. We managed brand and web development, recruitment and fundraising strategies, participant communications and video production.
