Bergen County’s Winter Wonderland Wows Them in Year #2

November 24, 2017

PARAMUS, NJ, November 24, 2017 — In 2016, Bergen County reached out to Eventage to create a new holiday experience that could rival NYC’s iconic attractions.  After the Eventage team met that challenge, they regrouped to make the 2017 edition of the new tradition even better.   Open from the day after Thanksgiving until New Year’s Day, Bergen County’s Winter Wonderland at Van Saun Park is a true themed attraction which is bringing thousands from near and far.   New this year is an expanded ice rink, larger beer garden and food operation, kids’ games and Santa’s North Pole dome which can be seen glowing from afar.  “It’s unlike anything around this region,” says Bergen County Parks Director Jim Koth, “and people are telling us how happy they are that they don’t need to fight the traffic and crowds in the city.”  The Eventage team installed the entire attraction and is on-site during all operating days to ensure things run smoothly. While the larger Winter Wonderland attraction closes on New Year’s Day, skating will remain open through January.  For more information, visit
