New Light the Night Experience Rolls Out Nationwide

February 1, 2017

ORLANDO, February 1, 2017 — After almost a year’s worth of work, Eventage and Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS) senior leadership presented the new on-site experience for LLS’s Light the Night here at the organization’s national leadership conference.  Eventage produced a mock Light the Night walk at Orlando’s Lake Eola park, where more than 400 LLS staffers got to experience the new staging, new Opening Ceremony, new Remembrance Pavilion and new Fireworks Finale.  The next morning, Eventage’s Matt Glass took the group through what they saw with a step-by-step training session so that local markets can duplicate the impactful elements back home.  “It’s been a long process,” said Glass, “but we’re proud of what we’ve come up with and are extremely grateful to LLS for investing in the future of Light the Night and being such amazing partners every step of the way.”  LLS Senior Vice President Coker Powell thanked Glass and Eventage for their creativity and hard work, adding “You’ve not only created an amazing new experience for us, but you’ve also helped reshape the face and future of our organization.”  Look for the new Light the Night at more than 160 locations across the nation in the fall.
