TD Five Boro Bike Tour

Helping Keep the Nation’s Largest Cycling Event Moving

Five Boroughs of New York City

It’s the largest recreational cycling event in the nation, and we’ve been proud to be a partner since 2003. Cyclists of all levels ride 40 miles through all five boroughs, and we manage the 5 rest areas and 3 water stations along the route, as well as the SAG program, an intricate operation of leapfrogging buses and trucks transporting tired riders and their gear to the finish. In addition, we consult on everything from signage to volunteers to command center operations.

“The Eventage Team helped us figure out the logistics for servicing 30,000 riders with 60,000 bananas, 45,000 bottles of water and 40,000 snacks using 1,000 volunteers in five different areas of the city. All that, and they had to organize tents, signs banners, portable toilets, first aid stations, bike repair stations, and a host of other details. Beautifully done on their part — we wouldn’t do it all again without the Eventage team!”

Bike Expo New York

The Nation’s Largest Cycling Expo

Basketball City, New York

The nation’s largest recreational cycling event needed the nation’s biggest and best cycling expo.  So in 2012, Bike New York, producers of the famed TD Five Boro Bike Tour, turned to Eventage to make it happen.  We’d been a partner on the Tour for 10 years at the time (14 now) so adding the first-ever Bike Expo New York was a natural extension for us.

We’ve got five Expos under our belt and the 2016 Expo was bigger than ever.  On the two days prior to the Bike Tour, more than 60,000 cyclists rolled through Basketball City in Lower Manhattan to interact with 100+ exhibitors, from big brands to local innovators, enjoy one-of-a-kind entertainment, a bike fashion show, food trucks, and a beer garden full of craft beers.
